REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY FOR TOPASSURE

1. Returns

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in new, unused, and resalable condition. Once you receive the RAN, you must include it with the returned item to ensure proper processing.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for returns.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Only the price of the item will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If the return is made outside the 30-day period, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.
